OMNI
A singular architecture. Infinite possibilities.
Designed by
Mahan Rasouli
Kitsune OMNI is a multi‑purpose concept motorcycle that redefines versatility. Built around a single modular platform, it transforms into three distinct configurations: Café Racer, Adventure, and Naked (Sport) – all sharing the same core chassis.
At the heart of the OMNI lies a structural revolution: instead of a traditional welded tubular frame, the chassis is formed by a neck tube and two left‑right plates cast in aluminium. This eliminates all welding and pressing, drastically reducing part count while increasing precision and aesthetic purity.
The design places the rider at the centre. The subframe can be repositioned vertically, lowering the seat by 6 cm – a critical feature for shorter riders who often struggle with superbikes or dirt bikes. The handlebar mechanism adds another 5 cm of rise, adapting the riding triangle for taller riders. The fuel tank is not a conventional metal vessel; instead, a capsule‑like polymer storage tank sits between the chassis plates, while the visible “tank” cover is merely a removable shell. This innovative architecture lowers the centre of gravity and opens new packaging freedom.
Ergonomics and customisability are embedded in every component. Rim caps (inspired by Rotiform Aerodisc) can be swapped instantly. Front light grills are interchangeable, allowing owners to personalise the bike’s face. There is no traditional speedometer – the rider simply docks their own smartphone onto a dedicated mount, reducing manufacturing complexity and keeping the cockpit minimal.
The Café Racer mode wears a full aerodynamic body kit inspired by vintage racing motorcycles. Its unique rotating headlight has two sides: one illuminated for night riding, the other a solid aero plate that seals the nose cone for high‑speed runs. Two heritage liveries were created for this configuration – Malrboro and Martini – each honouring racing history with a modern twist.
In Adventure trim, the OMNI gains a dual‑headlight setup, a tall windscreen, and a modular rack that accepts extra fuel, a single‑person tent, or tools. It becomes a genuine adventure partner without sacrificing the core platform’s performance DNA.
Both front fork and rear swingarm use a monolink design, meaning only two shock absorbers are required (one at each end) instead of four, simplifying the suspension while maintaining exceptional dynamics. Turn signals are integrated into the rear of the side mirrors, keeping the body clean.

◈ Core Platform ◈

Cast Aluminium Core
Two CNC‑machined plates bonded to the steering neck, eliminating all welds.

Adjustable Seat Height
Move the subframe bracket to switch between standard and low (‑60 mm) positions.

Telescopic Tri‑Clamp
Handlebars rise 5 cm with a quick twist, adapting the riding triangle.
◈ Three Modes, One Code ◈

Café Racer
Full retro racing fairing. A 180° rotating headlight switches between illumination and an aero plate that seals the nose. Available in Malrboro and Martini liveries.

Adventure
Dual headlight, tall windscreen, and a modular rack for extra fuel, a tent, or tools. True adventure capability without compromise.

Naked
Aggressive, bare, and lightweight. The exposed cast‑aluminium core creates maximum mechanical presence and reduces weight.
◈ Customisation ◈

Silver – Automotive & Transport
“Receiving silver for the OMNI platform reaffirmed my belief that true innovation lies in modularity – making motorcycles that adapt to riders, not the other way around.” – Mahan Rasouli
